ATTENTION ALL:

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - SUPPLY OF KITCHEN FOOD STUFF

Eligible suppliers are invited to express their interest in the supply of kitchen food stuffs as per the categories below:

1. Dry Foodstuffs (e.g. cereals)
2. Dairy Products
3. Fresh  Vegetables and Fruits
4. Meat and Meat Products
5. Detergents
6. Breads
7. Assorted Kitchen Items

Conditions:

Interested bidders should collect the Expression of Interest forms from the Supply Chain Management department’s office as from Monday 4th February 2013 during office hours (8am – 5pm) or download them from the following link: Expression of Interest form . Any queries should be addressed to the undersigned. Bidders to submit bids as per category

All the completed bids should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked “CONFIDENTIAL” and addressed to the:

and deposited in the tender box outside Supply Chain Manager’s office. Receiving will close on 22nd February 2013 and bids opened thereafter. Bidders will be notified of outcome within 30 days of bid closure and successful bidders shall be invited to tender.
